A well-known image is ‘Mie d'n Os's Goat’ on the Bleekveldje. ‘Mie d'n Os's Goat’ refers to a well-known local folk figure, Mie d'n Os, who, along with her goat, features in numerous local stories and legends.
This artwork therefore plays an important role in the Bergen op Zoom Carnival culture. As such, The opening of the Carnival season on 11 November at and around the artwork.
