From Friday 18 to Sunday 20 December 2026, Fort de Roovere in Halsteren will be the setting for a festive evening of entertainment. During Christmas at Fort de Roovere light, live music and wintery conviviality come together at this special location.

Follow the light trail around the fort, discover the Moses Bridge and climb the Pompeius Tower. Then you can warm up on the winter square with a fire, with warm drinks and winter snacks. In the temporary Pub de Roovere, talented artists will provide the musical finale to your visit.

The event runs from 16:30 to 23:30. The light trail is open until 22:30; live music is scheduled daily between 18:30 and 23:00. For families with young children, the organization recommends an early entry time slot. Bring warm clothing and sturdy shoes for the walk!
