For decades, an art market has been held in the magnificent large courtyard of our city palace, the Markiezenhof.

The courtyard is then filled with cheerful stalls that the artists fill with their creations, which are also all for sale.

The offer contains ceramics, paintings, jewellery, objects and sculptures etc. 

The artists come from all over the country, and the market is definitely a well-established concept amongst people, with a great deal of enthusiasm to be there.

All in all, for visitors, it's more than worth it to visit the market in these magnificent surroundings, perhaps combining it with a visit to the Markiezenhof itself. You will then find yourself in the only city palace in the Netherlands, where you can also delve into the history of our town and discover why we once played a prominent and crucial role in the formation of the Netherlands. .
