Fans of classic American cars and motorcycles can indulge their passion in Bergen op Zoom on Sunday 6 September. During the annual American Day at Café Die Twee on Koepelstraat, numerous American “Cars & Bikes” can be admired between 11:00 and 19:00.

On and around the Koepelplaats, several vintage American cars are gathering this Sunday. Well-known brands such as Chevrolet, Cadillac and Ford can be seen, among others. Fans of American motorcycles will also get their money's worth, featuring bikes from Harley-Davidson, Indian and Victory, amongst others.

More than cars and motorcycles

The Americans' Day is not just about viewing special vehicles. Around Café Die Twee, the day is enhanced with music, and snacks and drinks are available. Outside, there is a tap for beer and soft drinks.

Music is also part of Americans' Day. From around 14:00, a live performance is scheduled at the Koepelplaats opposite the pub. From 19:00, the music will continue indoors at Café Die Twee with a performance.

American Day in Bergen op Zoom

The Americans' Day is traditionally organised on the first Sunday of September. Visitors can look around among the shiny American cars and motorcycles from 11:00 to 19:00. Everyone is welcome to come and take a look.

Due to the event, the car park on the Koepelplaats will be closed from 08:00 to 19:00. The final section of the Koepelstraat will also be closed to through traffic. The Zuidmolenstraat and Koepeldwarsstraat will remain accessible.
